Alberta remains best place for real estate investors

Back to Blog

"Alberta remains the best place for real estate investors" as reported by Gary Lamphier in the Edmonton Journal on June 30th/09.

Wow, what a vote of confidence in Alberta, and especially for Edmonton. He was reporting the comments by  Don Campbell, president of Canada's Real Estate Investment Network (REIN). He goes on to say that Edmonton remains the best place on the continent to invest in residential real estate.

Don Campbell did also say that the real estate markets will "remain choppy for the next 18 months. House prices typically lag the economy by six to eight months."

I like this article because it takes a positive outlook on the future for Edmonton and for Alberta. Not a quick change but good change over a period time.

Hello everyone!
I would like to burn a theme at this forum. There is such a thing, called HYIP, or High Yield Investment Program. It reminds of financial piramyde, but in rare cases one may happen to meet a company that really pays up to 2% daily not on invested money, but from real profits.

For several years , I earn money with the help of these programs.
I don't have problems with money now, but there are heights that must be conquered . I make 2G daily, and my first investment was 500 dollars only.
Right now, I'm very close at catching at last a guaranteed variant to make a sharp rise . Turn to my blog to get additional info.
