Cash Back Mortgages + What's up with the market?

Back to Blog

The Cash Back Mortgage is available at many lenders and it might work for you.
How does it work you say? Qualified borrowers can receive 1 % to 5% cash back from a lender on the closing of the purchase. The cash back funds can be used towards the down payment, home improvements, mortgage closing costs, or anything else you might like. This mortgage option is a great alternative to the recently discontinued 0% down payment program. Contact me for more info.

The Edmonton market has slowed once again. With all the bleek economic news, it doesn't surprise me that some folks are adopting a wait and see attitude.  One of the mortgage specialists I know said they are seeing more activity in the mobile home market, which often portends another increase in the single family market. Once again, time will tell.
