I have sold a property at 14823 75 ST in EDMONTON.
This is a freakin big house! On a freakin huge lot! With a freakin riduculously large shop/garage in the back in addition to the garage at the front of the house. Seriously. Everything about this place is big. Got a big family? They'll fit. Love to entertain all of your cousins and extended family for Christmas dinner? No problem, they'll fit with room to spare. The yard is huge; you won't need to debate if you're buying a pool or trampoline. Both will fit with lots of room for the kids to play. Got an RV? Park it inside the garage; the garage really is that huge. You should see the height of that door! Now if location is important, this great house is sitting on a pie lot in a quiet cul-de-sac that's off the beaten track. The only people who will drive past your home are your neighbours and people who are lost. Nobody else will even know your house exists.
