IMF Boosts Canadian Forecast reports CBC

The CBC reports that the International Monetary Fund has increased its expectation for the Canadian economy to grow by 2.1% in 2010. This is good news for Canadians, with greater prospects for the unemployed and those struggling in the down economy.

How does this translate to real estate? The market should pick-up with more people able to purchase a home, although interest rates will almost inevitably rise to keep inflation in check.
