New home builder in Griesbach (Edmonton)

  I met a smaller new home builder the other day, who has two lots in Griesbach (Zone 27 Edmonton) that will work with a buyer and an architect.
The buyer would get the flexibility of colaborating  with the architect to design a home that blends with their wants and needs, plus also working with the neighbourhood its being built in. The lots have existing newer homes (less than 3 years old) already built around them so its not like you would be out in the open. The timeline for a build would be approximately 6 to 9 months.
 
Griesbach is an up and coming community that is centrally located for amenities while having ambitious planned features such as lakes, bicycle/walking trails etc. A great place to raise a family.
