St Albert Real Estate Report

The St Albert housing market has been busy, with 65 detached homes Sold in September. This is higher than the 56 homes Sold in August of this year.

Here are three charts comparing the number of Sales and Average Sale Prices for 2009, 2008, and 2007.

The St Albert housing market continues to be an active market. Prices have softened from the

2007 levels, but they continue to show signs of resurgence.
