Wanted - Home in Gibbons, Bon Accord, or Morinville

I met with a very nice buyer on Saturday, who is looking to move from renting in Edmonton to a single-family home. The home would preferably be in Gibbons, Bon Accord, or Morinville.

The buyer is looking to have:

- minimum 2 bedrooms

- hopefully 2 bathrooms

- a basement that is maybe partially-finished

- a small yard

- with or without a garage

- up to a maximum of approx. $240-250,000

The buyer is pre-approved for a mortgage and is serious about finding a home in a friendly, quiet community.
