One of the questions I am often asked is "when will we reach the bottom of a cycle or market?"

 

After the huge increases we saw in 2006 and the first half of 2007, the prices were not sustainable. I saw the overwhelming demand for housing at that time and knew it had to end sometime. Now that the prices have eased somewhat, when do we reach the bottom?

 

 It is of great importance to remember that the only indication (normally) that the market has reached it's lowest point is when it starts to pick up. By that time, the market watchers have waited too long and missed some great opportunities.

 

The question you have to ask yourself is, "are you missing out on a great opportunity or opportunities because you are waiting for the bottom of a cycle or market????? Only you, with the assistance of your REALTOR®, can make that decision.
